We offer residents access to our managed property portfolio and we provide fair, transparent, and easy renting experiences.

In addition to rent, residents will pay a one time Lease Admin and Technology Fee of $175, plus $40 per month for this service. As part of our full service management experience residents have access to the benefit package as noted below or on our resident benefits package page.
